Did you bother to look? I'm just asking because you never seem to. And why would you need aftermarket then there's plenty of junkers to snag one off of?

No, no one makes aftermarket doors. Actually you can hardly get aftermarket anything anymore for body parts, at least here the aftermarket sedan fenders are discontinued. You used to be able to buy door skins, but I don't think you can get those anymore either.
@ Grumblemarc, in some places it's really, really hard to get a good used door. I gave up on my sedan and had a local place that brings back tuck boxes from southern states get me one, cost me $200 for a bare door shell.
I did get doors locally for my hatch, but I still had a hard time finding a good set.

Re: do they make aftermarket doors?
There's tons of these civics in a couple of local yards, they don't normally crush them because people are still picking parts off them. That said normally the doors are just as rusty as the ones you already have in this area. Coupe/hatch doors are weird, the bottom lip almost never rusts, but they completely rot out behind the mirrors and it's really hard to fix them once they start to get really bad. The sedan doors rust at the bottom though where the lip is folded over.

I've found the doors for $1900, and the panels for $800, so yeah, $2700 plus shipping, and you'll probably pay $200-$300 for shipping. They're also CF, so at least they'll never rust. The OP only asked if they existed, not if they were cheap.
