Do JDM headlights use different bulbs?
I noticed that the JDM headlights don't have the glare shield that the USDM headlights have. Is this going to be a problem?
Also, are the bulbs themselves different? When I order replacements, can I juse use H4's or what? I just connected the stock connector and they're good to go right? I just don't want a headlight fire lol.
Here's pics

Night shot in night shot mode - thats just the corners and city lights.
holy **** my car needs to be PAINTED!!

Re: Do JDM headlights use different bulbs? (99CivicSiBrian)
JDM Headlights use H4H bulbs. I have H4's on mine but it was a problem putting them on since the metal ring on the H4's is bigger than H4H's. Also for the city lights you use a 168 wedge bulb.

Oh ok. So there is a physical difference in the base of the bulb. Any difference in wattage or output? Also, it seems that the H4H bulb (which I assume is in the JDM unit as it came with it) is a bit longer. Can anyone confirm this?
Thanks again all.
