expletive the po po. It's all part of a conspiracy. I did not run this red light. It's a scam. It is clear I did not run this red light.. jeez, i don't know what they are thinking. Maybe i should just put a big OWNED on this picture while I'm at it.

I cant even make out your liscene plate, what are you worried about?
If you notice in the first picture, theres a bit of distortion JUST below your liscence plate, had you been running however many tenths of a second slower, that would have blurred out your plates for the picture.

Bust out the checkbook buddy ! No chance you're gonna beat this one in my oppinion because the first picture is what dooms you. And I agree about #$%^ the popo. They been kinda stingy with tint and exhaust where I'm from !

Man up and take responsibility you dolt. Be happy a officer didnt see you resulting in you getting points, or worse...you hit someone. Pay the fine and move on with life, its clear you ran it...why clog up the judicial system with your bullshit?

I cant speak for Texas, and have not lived in FL long enough to be familiar with the policy, but in NC and PA I am certain that an officer must spot you to be issued points. A camera capture will ONLY result in a fine.

If no points are involved, just pay the fine and be done with, i woudlnt even bother fighting it, you could potentially place yourself in more trouble if you take it to court and try and deny it when there are clear pictures of your vehicle running it.
