Do I need this pulley? Pulled A/C compressor.
Do I need this pulley on the motor still? It was part of the A/C compressor belt and connected to the ac bracket...

no you do not you can actually unbolt that part from the a/c mount, so if you want you can keep that torque mount. but from the pics it looks like you destroyed the mount.

yeah you can but i wouldnt recommend it, if you do not have upgraded aftermarket mounts or inserts. The engine will rock more if you only stock mounts.
