you dont need to change it as long as if it has amber bulbs or white.

It all depends on YOUR state's law so check that. But in most cases (like in California, which is one of the more strict vehicle code states), you can have either amber (orange) or white (clear bulbs) showing to the front of the car. This also includes the turn signal indicator. However, you cannot have clear showing to the side of the car, which is where cops like to get you if you have a clear corner lense and bulb, as you can see the light from the side of the car when lit up. But again, check your local laws and stick with that. If you are unsure and want to play it safe, put in an orange bulb into the corner lense.

I BELIEVE... that ALL cars in the us came with (well I KNOW that ALL cars came with) and are required to have reflectors built into the side of the front corner lenses... Making apc clear corners "illegal" but it also makes ALL jdm corner's illegal... as well as tails...

I'm 90% that they HAVE to have reflectors in both the front and rear corner lenses.

But I think it's either totally unknown by the popo or un-enforced.

Front corners need to reflect amber. Lens can be clear but bulb has to be amber or the corner must have an amber reflector.

Rear corners can either reflect amber or red.

up North the law is like this:

the corner's can be any color (other than red, blue) as long as they reflect a different color than ur head light i.e. if u have super white bulb and u use normal OEM white corners u will be alright. I know this as a cop told my friend this.

where I am from you are required to have a reflector in your corner otherwise you COULD be pulled over. usually they don't care, but there are always those bastard cops out there that have nothing better to do.
