Re: (SiRlos)
Did you ever take out the axels and look through the hole? If it's straight threw, you have LSD. Or you can jack up the car and push one tire and let us know which way the other tire spins.
EDIT: I also have no idea if SiR trannys come with LSD.

Nope never did the axel thing, and when I spin on tire the other side doesn't spin at all.
My knowledge of LSD is the both tires will spin the same direction and no LSD they spin the opposite, so what does it mean when only one spins?

Re: (SiRlos)
Good question, I have a 99 CTR complete swap with tranny that is doing the same thing. I know its an LSD tranny as its stamped with that black "LSD" label on the front radiator side. I've also looked through the diff and determined you can see straight through, which would indicate you have an LSD. When I spin one wheel, the other wheel barely moves, and tends to go the opposite direction, like an open diff, weird. This is in a race car that i haven't fully driven yet so I yet still have to see the behavior when attacking turns to see if I get wheel spin. If i do that totally sucks, prollie means there's something wrong with my diff.
On another note, like SiRlos is expecting, when you raise the car up and turn the wheels, they should be both turning the same direction. The reason I know this is because I once had a DA where I had swapped in a second gen B16A with a YS1 LSD tranny. That one behaved like what SiRlos and what I expect from my 99 CTR swap.
What I don't know is if CTR LSD's behave differently then earlier B series LSD's, but like I said, the car I have my CTR swap in is in a race car I haven't driven yet. The motor basically sat for 3 years before I started it.
So.......Anyone who has true facts, or real ideas of what could be going on in mine, and SiRlos's situation would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
