Do i have a Knock sensor on my engine ? ( searched )
I builded my engine and before i'd put all together i looked at the KS location and there was no KS just the hole.Do i have one on my stock engine and i lost it or i do not have one so then ECU doesn't search for it.It's a b16a2 1992 and on the ECU it is writen : 37820-P30-G00.
I searched and i found that p28 doesn't have the KS but the P30 do.
And i am asking because are pretty low chances that i'd lost it.
And ECU is not tuned, that for sure.

Yes the B16A2 has a knock sensor
Yes the P30 ECU will certainly look for the knock, and if it doesn't find it working it will throw out a code 23.

Regardless of year the B16a used a knock sensor, and the P30 ECU looks for it.
BTW just for fun, the B16A2 was offered in the 96-97 OBD2 Del Sol VTEC and the 99-00 Civic Si coupes. The B16A3 was the OBD1 94-95 Del Sol VTEC.
I figured what he really meant was the "second generation" JDM B16A from the OBD1 EG chassis even though he said "A2" because well, that's what some people call them even though it's incorrect.

Let me also bring you to my next point:
SiR and SiR2/II are [b[NOT[/b] correct ways to identify a B16A swap.
Why?
Because SiR and SiRII denote CHASSIS options, NOT engine options.
Example?
There were EG6 models, the OBD1 170hp "Second-gen" B16A equipped Civic hatches in both SiR AND SiRII offerings! The difference between SiR and SiRII was that the SiRII added certain body features like ABS, color-coded trims, etc. etc. It has zero to do with the engine.
The correct way to ID the various JDM B16A offerings is really "first-gen" or or "pre-OBD" for the 88-91 style offered in the EF that were milky white plugs and cable tranny, while "second-gen" or "OBD1" denotes the hydro tranny version that ideally goes in the 92-95 Civic.
Then there are the funky ones that were OBD1, but had the cable tranny like the 92-93 Integra XS-i DA - I don't know what you'd call them other than bastards.

B16a2 it written on the gear plate and this is the engine code.
The b16a1 is from 88-91 civics and makes 150hp,this one is from eg 92-95 and makes 160hp and the third one (b16a3)i don't know from where is and it makes 170hp i think.
So i should have the KS on the engine, that's pretty bad because i don't have it/anymore.

In OBD1 Del Sols, and not 170 horsepower. You fail.

You need one of two things:
1. Knock sensor and wire it up (since the P30 looks for one)
or
2. A rechipped (to have B16A specs) P28 ECU from any 92-95 Civic Si/EX, because it doesn't look for a knock sensor
I personally run a chipped P28 on my B18C5 Type R swap and it runs awesome. I've also owned a B16A2 (from a 00 Si) swap in a 1992 hatch ran by a rechipped P28 and it too ran very well

Pretty strange thing,i looked at pin D3 that is for KS and there is no cable in the plastic jack ( hope it's the right word ).So that meens that was chipped and disabled the KS and plug out the sensor, but i am pretty sure that the ecu is bone stock.
So i am kinda dizzy now.

u will have to open the ecu cover to check if the ecu is chipped or not..the pic shown below i unchipped, stock ecu and second pic is what a chipped ecu should look like..
