Do D16Y7's come with an oil pan gasket?
I just went out to get another gasket for this guys D16Y7 and I stopped at Napa and they said they had no part # for an oil pan gasket and I also stopped by Pep Boys to see if they had a gasket and nothing there either. So do these cars require a gasket or can I just RTV the oil pan and slap it on there?

My y7 had an oil pan gasket. Kragens here had them as did the honda dealer. I used the gasket and a little hondabond and it worked great. No leaks....

Re: (fishnfst)
Straight oil pan + Stock gasket + HondaBond in correct spots + correct torque = NO leaks.
Pretty simple equation.
EDIT: Looking back into my 'recent topics'.......3 days ago you posted about this, were given the same info from everybody (get the stock gasket) - tell your friend to stop dickin' around with subpar **** - its obviously costed more money and time than was needed.
