If so then the DIY'er can opt to reduce PS boost:

say what? My 1989 base model bargain basement Toyota Camry had speed-sensitive power steering. This was a car that didn't even come w/ tape deck, but yes it had that.

My Integras also has it and I'm pretty sure Civics use the same PS system as Integras.

And you have to pay to get that full article.
