Default dizzy timing

I just replaced a automatic trans in a 95 del sol. After I installed everything I started up the car and it seemed it was misfireing. I figured I installed the dizzy wrong and put it out of time. How can I put the dizzy back in time. Is there another way other than using a timing light. I mostly do VW and on those there is a mark on the cap and on the rotor, but I did not happen to see one on the honda.
