Default Dizzy adjusting

If I turn my dizzy clock wise isnt that advancing? ANd about how many degrees is that without a timing light.

now why would you want to adjust it without a timing light?

You cant adjust timing without a timing light or without jumping the ECU. Get a manual and read it.

thats retarding the timing.

turning it towards the firewall advances, towards the front retards.

dont do it without a timing light, dont do it without the service connector jumped.

there is no way to tell what your timing is without those things done.
