Default Hiccuping b16a?

Today I went and cleaned out my engine bay with simple green and a hose.

Covered up my intake, dizzy, alternator, battery and fuse box.
After hand drying I drove for 10 minutes to dry it off more.

Well on my way to work I started her up and she was idling weird, below 900 and bouncing up and almost dying. I shrugged it off and drove and as I was driving it felt like the engine had hiccups. Never has it done this before. It sounded different as if it were gargling and didn't accelerate as normal. When I would shift it even seemed rougher. As I drove more and let it get into higher rpm's it started back up randomly. Cruising at 30 and about 1500 rpm's in 5th felt like a struggle like I was in too high of a gear.

Did I just **** myself or is this an easy fix?
The car is a 1994 civic with a 1st gen b16a, everything was running good and perfect before this...
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Pull the spark plug wires and see if there's water in there

Try to spray as much as you can out with a compressor or something and get everything as dry as possible..then prob pull out the plugs and clean them..you should be fine as long as to much water didn't get in and you dry everything good..you just won't know until you drive it again
