Default DIY Cluster. What do you guys think?



Any Suggestions? I guess if you don't mind a slight noticable line it's ok. For the most part unless you stare at it you can't tell.

well what he did was.... it was a ex cluster.. and he painted the redline on the ex cluster and made it redline at 8k... umm. am i correct??

Yeah he posted this up in the A/C forum as well. He bumped up the redline.

yeah its a good idea.
I dont like how you can see where it was blacked out though.

but I dont know if anyone knows any other way to do it, so gj

must be alot easier to see when ur gonna hit the top of ur powerband

He prolly did that, they leave that grey black color on the gauge cluster. I think it would look phat as hell if he painted that line yellow (IMO) Just me.

i just took apart my dash and cluster to install my tach, and IMO painting the redline like that is NOT worth all that work haha

what do you mean install your tach? why did you take your whole dash apart?

because to install my Tach, i need to take the cluster out to wire it to the original Tach wire in my DX, the wire which is behind the cluster, the rest of the wires go to the fuse box
