A disturbing sound from transmission?
well this sound first started off as as squeal like brake pads needing to be changed but it only occured when accelerating between 2200-3500 rpms, i replaced the front right cv axle so i thought eh hey maybe its just breaking in, soon to my knowledge the squeal turned into a nasty sound like your barerly scraping your exhaust on the pavement, its making me so mad its coming from the front right part of the car which is were my tranny is =/ id hate for it to be a ISB any suggestions would be helpful thanks.

Post start- the car has brand new full exhaust, headers and cat so there isnt any heatshields to my knowledge, so it isnt that.

Re: A disturbing sound from transmission?
Well the latest word me and my father took it for a test drive and we diagnosed the sound coming from the engine bay, it sounds like metal vibrating on something because it only starts when my exhaust is at deepest tone so ill do a little tightening and smacking with a hammer =D
