Default distributorless ignition system

Hey i was wondering is it worth it to run a distributorless ignition system on a F1 civic?

i was thinking about getting a system too they only cost about 220... will they make that much of a diff.? or would it be better to just get msd all the way...

You dont' have to use electromotive to use distributorless ignition systems.

Alot of aftermarket standalones can do it.

...yea but electromotive does rock the party! TEC2 and TEC3 even the HPX system is nice... IM me if interested we sell, install, and tune both.(except of course the TEC2 which is no longer in production ...but if your lucky like me you can get a fairly cheap used one!) http://www.mamsports.com

do they REALLY help that much and are they worth the money? do they have to be tuned and if so, is it hard to?

Yeah i was thinking about getting one for my car but the tuner said there *** but i think he just cant tune them. I've been looking at this for the past 3months now and havent really decide. Also i picked up the new Honda Tuning, there building a turbo dart block and they are using the distributorless ignition system TEC 3 system. Now what are some of the benfits of doing this? Oh yeha theres a guy i know thats in the works making AEM EMS with distributorless ignition system.

check out the MDI system
its a jdm company
they use two coil packs instead of distributor
