distributor buying?
I recently bought a 99 dx with a b16a SirII motor in it. The car is not working and I am going through replacing things,etc.. If I buy a new cap and rotor do I buy it for a 92-95 si motor or is it all universal?
The car has an obd1 to obd2 conversion and the injectors, etc.. were switched to obd2 as well.

I dont really know what else to do.
The main relay is buzzing, I ordered a new one and it should be here tomorrow.
There are a lot of connectors not plugged in but I dont know what they mean.
The car tries to turn over but never does.
I charged the battery all night, it has fuel, the pump is priming.
