actually if you look at it closely...... it kinda looks like it has 2 plugs.. so i think its obd1, actually im almost positive its an obd1 dist.... look at where i circled in red.. that is the wires going to the 2nd smaller plug

but with that pic it is hard to tell and i do see what u mean about the blue and black wire and that does look like a obd1 plug because obd2 plugs are just a little bit bigger and on the obd2 plug their are 2 big prungs in the bottom of the plug

show a better pic of the "CLIPS"
obd 0 clear/white clips
obd1 grey 2 clips (7 wires in one 2 wires in the other (black, and a blue/black)
obd2 grey CLIP just one clip.....9 wires in it.....and yes you can run an OBD 2 in an obd 1 car just repin the dizzy!!! i just did it so DON"T TELL ME IT CAN"T BE DONE.....and no there are no check engine lights
