I would say about every 30K would be good.
I'm not sure what the service manual says but I suspect it would be around there. Granted it's going to depend if you are boosted or have some work done to the car, even 30K is still a good "window" .

i have 160KM on my car, that's about 100mi, and all I have changed is the plugs a few times. It is more important to change the plugs more often than the wire and dizzy in my opinion. Also depends on what plugs you are using, I have copper. Platinum or iridum lasts longer.
