Re: Distrbutor King
I had one. It worked but the timing was way off. When the intake cam was at Zero degrees the distributor was +5 degrees or more off. It was maxed out and could not turn anymore to get at the correct timing mark. I had to replace it to work right. I went with a msd distributor.

almost any aftermarket dizzy will give you problems, i've gone through this process and wasted $200+. Get rid of it and buy a used OEM dizzy. Do u still have your old oem dizzy? If so, its usually the ignitor that goes bad, replace it with a used or new one.

Re: Distrbutor King
I have used dizzy king in the past and have nothing but good things to say.
It may be possible you got a bad apple but they are built better than OEM to reduce heat soak.
You should contact him, he used to be and should still be an active member here and a sponsor in the marketplace.
He has contributed alot for the old H-T, so before you go talking **** maybe drop him a line and see if problems can get worked out 1st.
