Default Disk Conversion For EG

Will a 2nd gen Teg work as a donor car for a rear disk conversion for my 92 Hatch? I know pretty much what I need to get but just wanted to make sure everything bolts up.

I remember that thread a while back. But it was mostly agruing between yes and no answers. I would like to know this too cause my friend upgraded his brakes and he said hell give me his rear brakes. So does anyone have concret info? Even that "X brake on Y car" thread doesnt have a answer
