Default Disc Swap on EJ6

I have a '98 Civic CX that I am doing a front and rear disc swap on. I have read the faq on complete rear disc brake conversion, but still alittle hazy on somethings. Do I need to get a 4040 prop valve that is abs, non-abs, or does it really matter? The master cylinder I was planning on buying is a 99-00 civic si which has abs, correct? So what is the correct m.c/prop valve combination I need to get? The rear disc swap is from a 2000 civic si if that helps with the confusion. Thanks in advance for the help.
