Default disc conversion for 1990 civic hatchback?

wondering what all i need to convert the drums to discs on my 90 hatch? i've heard a few different suggestions: 90-93 integra, 94-up integra, 95-98 civic ... will any of these work? any other possibilites?

it would be best if u used integra brakes...... from my experiences
