Dim Brake Light on Dash

Dim Brake Light on Dash
Car: 2000 Honda Civic DX
I recently had the brakes overhauled on this car at a local shop. Everything was replaced except for the springs and hardware for the rear drum brakes. After about a month, the red brake light on the dash has come on...but not all the way...it's dim...and at times gets a little brighter then dims back down. I've made sure all my outside brake lights work. I've not noticed any change in braking at all.
Any ideas?

that light should only be on when your e-brake is on. Check your e-brake and your e-brake cables to make sure they aren't overly tight. My e-brake light will come on if I barely lift the e-brake handle, far earlier than I actually feel the rear brakes slowing the car.
