Difference's in P28's.
ok i have a p28 a02 (95 ex) and i know that there are different models of this ecu, other than manuel/auto. And other options. Reason why im asking is cause i we tried chipping mine but for some reason it did not read the chip. I know that there is a P28 a00, and supposibly a P28 a51 or something. So what are the differences, or can anyone figure out why it was not reading my chip?

Re: Difference's in P28's. (sohcvtec1995)
the main differences are :
1)auto to manual
2)then PCB differences
3)programming/distributor pickup differences between 92-3 and 94-5
most likely the issue is, not properly penetrated solder, misoriented 74hc373 or EPROM, wrong resistors/chips used.

well he has a p28 A00 and he used the same chip and setup on his and it runs fine. We resoldered like a billion times, and nothing. we even ordered new resitors, and chip base. But still the same thing.
