difference with d series axels / P&P head question
 

will d15b7 axels fit into a d16y8 tranny?

the reason I'm asking is because one of my friends is selling a y8 tranny. I'm tired of the long ass gears on my DX tranny + mini-me

Will it work with OBDI??
my mini-me setup is d15b7 block + d16y8 head

He is also selling a built y8 head. P&P with bullfrog stage3 cam shaft, Skunk2 Cam gear + everything in the head to support reving to 8,800k

I was thinking if my block could handel it if I just rev to 7 with that head on my b7 block?

axle will fit, i dont think the trans cares if its odb2, and if the plug wont fit, take the one off yer trans and replace it on the new trans. if the head is built its worth it price depending
