Regular OEM filters are made by Filtech, the parent company of Fram. Internally, they are very similar to Fram. The bypass valve comes after the filter (like all Frams), which means that if the filter is clogged badly and the bypass has to be used, the bypassed oil can be contaminated with junk from the filter. The endcaps are made of cardboard (also like all Frams) and may deteriorate during use and get into the oil.
S2K Oil filters are made by a different company, has a better design, and higher quality components. In the S2K filter, the bypass is before the filter, so if it's used, the oil doesn't pick up junk from the filter. The endcaps are made of metal and don't deteriorate into the oil.

Personally, I use Wix or Purolator Pure 1.

I read something about the s2k filter provide more oil pressure. If it's a daily driver just stick with regular OEM.

Ya i have heard that as well, but it is 100% wrong. The oil pump is internally regulated, so a filter will in no way increase the pressure. The only way to raise pressure would be to put a stiffer spring in the oil pump pressure release valve, or shim it.

just check and they say to use a k series filter for a bit more psi.
They say- Tip: If you want a bit more oil pressure, you can use the rsx/01 civic filters on your B series engine. We've noticed an increase in oil pressure and less fluctuation during vtec operation.
But i guess they're just full of ****?
