difference between o2 sensors???

Default difference between o2 sensors???
Is there a difference in the o2 sensors between 97 and 2000 ej8?

I'm talking about the secondary...the one in the cat.

Can they be interchanged?

They have two different part numbers, but I think they are interchangeable.
