difference between civics front bumper stiffeners

difference between civics front bumper stiffeners
in doing putting back the conversion that was done on my civic before i bought it.
94 civic with 99-00 conversion
so i got new rad support cuz the old one was bad
new bumper support cuz car came with 94 civic bumper support
also got the front L and R stiffeners and the when i was getting the stiffeners the guy stated that they all the same from 96-00 for all civic
heres a pic what im talking about # 6 and 11
and now im putting everything on and stiffeners doesnt seem to line up with bumper as i expected, maybe im putting them on wrong, if anyone got pics are welcome

as i was just looking i think im missing #7 and 12 which is stay bumper stiffener
now i dont know which ones i have, i have the ones that looks like they slide into front bumper ill snap and iphone pic
