Difference between 1992 Si and 1995 Ex Shock fork?

Default Difference between 1992 Si and 1995 Ex Shock fork?

Is there a difference between the 1992 Si and 1995 Ex Shock fork in the front. I have a set of coilovers that came off of a 1995 Ex. I tried to fit in my 92 Si but the bottom of the shock wont fit into the Fork that connects to the control arm. Will I need to get the EX fork or is there a missing piece that i need? Will the EX forks fit the Si Control Arms? HelpPlease!!

um, 92 si= hatch or candian ex? either way the forks are all the same.

i've used forks from vx/ex/gs/gsr swapped around and have never seen a difference.

at times they may be hard to get in...how tight is it? try to spray em down and slide em in?
