did swap wont start

did a stock d15b7 swap into my eg civic and it turns over and has spark but it turns over really slow...even when i am boosting it with another car it turns over sooo slow
any ideas?

the battery is completely dead so would boosting a dead battery cause this maybe?

Charge battery

Re-check all grounds and connections to your starter

Start from there.

ok it turns over fine now and found out there is no fuel at the fuel rail and the fuel pump isnt coming on...so...
