Well my dumbass friend last night was hooking up my just installed b16a2 swap when he (like a dumbass) put the + to the - and the + to the -

fired the other cars bat. and starter, my car SEEMED fine but then i noticed the lights where a little dim so i looked under the hood and the terminal on the alternator was smokeing (the little rubber hood was melting) and the terminal was so hot it was glowing a little bit!

So i'm guessin this means i need a new Alternator and Voltage regulator

at least i don't have to pay for it.

So any B series OBDI alternator/voltage regulator should work right? the motor is a 93 or 92 b16a2 (OBDI)
