Did I blow up my motor? 99 Si Turbo

Did I blow up my motor? 99 Si Turbo
I have a 99 Civic Si with a stock block B16A2.
Mods:
Skunk2 Intake
BOSCH 440cc Injectors
Chipped and tuned OBD1 ECU
TSI GT25 turbo set up @ 8psi
Stock internals
Block head gasket is in good condition with no leaks.
The Issue:
I have been breaking in the turbo for about a week now, keeping the pressure less than 5PSI for almost 800 miles, the car was running good and I ran it for about 45 minutes pushing 8psi...
After running out 2nd and 3rd gear, I pushed in the clutch to coast and the motor stalled out and was smoking like crazy out of the catch can.
The car wouldn't restart easily and after about 20 cranks it started and runs like its down a cylinder.
It does not clank or tick, it just sounds like its puttering.
Is there a common issue like this after a turbo setup on a B16?
Thank you for your time!

Re: Did I blow up my motor? 99 Si Turbo
Lesson learned. Never run on a basemap. BTW turbos don't need to be broken in.
How were you monitoring oil pressures and air/fuel?
That's what you get for not running with a proper TUNED EMS.
Pull the oil pan and look for shavings. Do a leakdown/compression test. maybe even pull the head.

I have a oil pressure gauge and it has satyed at 50-70PSI. I have a stupid narrow band, yes I know I need a wideband, but it has been running rich.

I probably already know this answer, but were you running a wideband atleast, I highy doubt you were datalogging any of this...

Turbo, basemap, no wideband...there's a right way to do things and there's shortcuts you just don't take. If you're going to skimp on tuning AT LEAST get a wideband to show you what the engine is doing.
Do a compression test and then check the oil and coolant.
Generally-
Lack of compression: most like headgasket or cracked sleeve, should see oil/coolant mix
Clanking: chewed up a bearing somewhere, should see metal in oil
I wouldn't define any of these "blown up" as all are generally salvageable.

Skunk2 Intake
BOSCH 440cc Injectors
Chipped and tuned OBD1 ECU
TSI GT25 turbo set up @ 8psi

Block head gasket is in good condition with no leaks.
Did everyone miss when he said "stock internals"??..... why would you do that to yourself and waste all that time and not do it right?

^^ Agreed Marc
This is a common occurance when people dont do their homework and leave tuning out of the equation.
You cant leave it to chance that when adding boost that the basemap covers all the tuning areas.
There isnt such a thing as plug and play when it comes to this.
Just about every aspect of a tune has to be scrutinized and tweaked so the car runs perfect as possible.
Too rich, too lean, not enough timing etc...
