Diagnostic Test for 92-95 Civic..
I recently went up to Autozone for a free Diagnostic Test. And they couldn't do it because my car wasn't equipped to do it because it wasn't a 96+ car. When I looked at the device they use it was something that hooked up to something which maybe the ECU or something. It also said OBD-II near the bottom of the device. So my question is how do I go about getting this test from them or figuring out why my engine light is on? Tia..

Well Civiclx just looked for the plug JDM.. mentioned in his post but we couldn't find it. He unbolted the ECU even though it possibly wasn't needed but just to look for the plug to check the codes. Then realizing we were looking in the wrong place. We looked near the kicker panel and still we couldn't find the plug as mentioned. I know it is above the ECU near the firewall in the kicker panel. But if someone has a picture of this being done it will be greatly appreciated. Also my car is a 92-95 4doe EX. Hope that helps.

dude if u reach right underneath the glove box above the kicker panel kinda u will see some wires pull them down one will be a lil wire with a blue.. connector. not connected to anything. i have a pic phone if u have an email i can send it to u i will send it to u in about half of an hour from my phone.. im at work right now. yea but anyways what u do is get a wire all u need is one short one and put one end exposed into the rigth side and one end exposed into the left side and ur dash will start flashing its pretty easy to read. its like morse code..
.... four constant would be engine code 4
. long long would be 1 connected to .... 3 constant lights would add up to 14 maybe u no this though.. let me no if u want me to send the pics..

Yeah now I remember seeing the two blue plugs. I was looking for a grey plug the whole time, and couldn't find it. I'll give it a try and post up the results in a day or two. Thanks!
