the hood is a little faded aswell, ok so my dilema is that a friend just got into probation so he's trying to keep clean and he is selling his whole b series turbo kit for 1100. i dont know much of the turbo kit but i know that it cost him around 2000 or so. but i also want to paint my car. my taxes are coming in so what should i do. turbo or paint. i can only do one. i mean its preety quick with the jdm gsr. but you know how it is. and i also want it to be an eye candy. its funny because for the first time in my life im stumped. whay do you guys think.

If your worried about baring it or passing smog then i wouldn't turbo. Maybe paint and build the gsr up a bit?

the pics are kinda old but i now have the stock headlights and the wing is gone, and about the door handles they were shaved off when i got the car and the bondo was cracked, so i covered them, out of sight out of mind for now. i might get the jdm doors but ill see whats up.

smog isnt really an issue for me right now but you do bring up a good point about barring first.

I would paint my car and build, especially if it's a DD and you plan on smogging it (I didn't look at what state you're in, sorry if this info does not apply.)

Quick question though, why do you need JDM doors, why can't you just get stock ones and call it a day?

no its cool man i understand its just that i have better access to the jdm doors more than the stock ones im also kinda use to the door popping out for me maybe it will look ok with the shaved done right.

you know what im just gonna go with the paint and body work. i also have a 07 yamaha r6 so thats gonna have to fill up my need for speed. lol ......for now.

Off topic, I know i dont know you or anything.
But be careful on the street bike. I lost a good friend on an R1.

If you have a bike like that there isnt any reason to make your car "fast" Youll think its slow after getting off the bike. just cosmetic that bitch up.
