Default depo foglights on my 96 civic w/ 99-00 front bumper

I recently got a aftermarket front end and the instructions on the fog light kit said that I need to drill the markings on the back of the bumper to make the hole but when I checked behind the bumper, there's no template.

how do i install these? I have the wiring harness and switch already installed from my previous fog light kit.

I'm guessing. this is an after-market OEM sorta-fit (certa-fit) bumper?

Even on a Honda OEM 99-00 front bumper these markings are near impossible to see. I highly suggest wiping off the inside of the bumper cover to clear away any dirt first.

Those aftermarket bumpers fit like crap. I still have one.

On my OEM bumper, the markings are easier then hell to see.
