Depinning OBD2a ECU plugs?

Depinning OBD2a ECU plugs? and where is the ECU jumper for cel?
How do i go about this exactly? i poked one end and pulled on the other side as i read but i cant seem to get it out. There is a lil white bracket thing on the plug do i need to some how get it out? Do I need to buy the micro screw drivers to get that bracket out?
I am doing this right now i need to depin that(IACV) and also wire in vtec.
another thing is since i am changing to OBD1 where is the jumper where i can find my codes?
