Icon2 Delsol Suspension question.

Hey! new member!!yay
Anyways, sadly my first thread is a noob question of sorts but here goes..
In my 93 si theres cheap aftermarket suspension coilovers, recently i got some new skunk2 sport shocks.
What my question really is, What else do i need??
I think all i need is springs but not 100%
Anyone bought susp. like this from skunk2?

To do lowering the right way you'll want to get springs and shocks. And you'll want to get atleast a front camber kit. After it's all installed, go get an alignment.

^ You DON'T need a camber kit!!!!!

Unless your supper slammed, you don't need one.

9 times out of 10 every camber kit you'll get is complete junk.

Thats what i thought,i already have the shocks, so the hardware with those will be enough to just buy the springs then?

When I first lowered my car, I did not get a front camber kit and I wore through the inner tread on my tires pretty quick. Then I coughed up the $200 and got an OMNI kit so I could have my car adjusted to OEM specs.

I guessing you didn't have the car aligned when you lowerd it.
or like I said, you were slammed.

Camber simply does not wear tires quickly. 3 years, no camber kit and maintained perfect tire wear.

I rode on 2.5 degrees of rear camber all through high school. 3 sets of tire wore evenly.

Get your car aligned after you lower it and you won't have any problems. Just make sure you go to a good alignment shop who can set your toe properly.

.06 out in the front and .02 in in the rear. Not OE specs, but the tires will STILL wear fine and the car will handle better on the turns and driver smoother on the freeway.
