hi im kinda a newb at this but ummm i got a 93 del slowS wid a gaymatic tranny 
. i traded wid my boi who so happened to trade me a d16z6 head wid d15b7 block and 5spd tranny wid a phearable.net chipped p28 ecu 
. i was wonder a full parts list of what i would need to swap the car to a manual.
