Del Sol water temp gauge

Del Sol water temp gauge
Ive been stuck with this problem for a while, the water temp gauge inside doesnt move at all so the needle is below C all the time. Could sombody tell me how to fix it. Ohh yeah and its definatley an electrical problem.

im affraid it might not be, I took off the cluster and nothing was wrong. So now could it be the water temp sensor?? if not then wut else could possibly be the problem????
