Yes, to an extent there are. Several different types exist, and the "4 point" mount variants (like Neuspeed), where the bar splits to create 4 divided mounting points are favored by a lot of people. I don't have a frame of reference for any comparison as I've never had a Sol with anything but a Neuspeed.

Of late, there are a couple of "3 point" mounted ones......those attach to the shock towers AND the firewall. I don't know how much flex is associated with the firewall though, so it may not be as good as the Neuspeed. In any case, ANY chassis stiffener is better than none. My Neuspeed front strut bar essentially removed the cowl shake associated with unstiffened (S and Si) del Sols.....

HTH!

yeah, I love my neuspeed. I don't really push my car that hard, so i can't say if it helped in handling or not. BUT it did stiffen my chassis ... especially noticeable when angling up steep driveways. My front wheels will actually lift off the ground sometimes (also thanks to the cusco front tie bar). Poor chassis. . . .

Sure, it'll help, but you may as well get the OEM one from Honda.......its probably cheapest of all......

I bought an APC one for 40 bucks back when I was tard. It helped on cornering and turning fast (BUT that kills the tread real quick), alot more than not having it. Havent really gotten around to gettin a better one cus I keep needing other stuff to spend the extra cash on.

Skunk 2 is just a strait bar across the same as apc tenzo or any other brand so isnt the only difference in the material that makes almost no difference at all
