Del sol steering column in 95 coupe or lock cylinder
Here is the situation I got a carcass del sol with a column in it .
Just got an 95 coupe with no key and really don't want to spend $50 to get a key made.
How hard is it to get the key cylinder out with no key on the 95 coupe.
Any links would be great !!
thx

Re: Del sol steering column in 95 coupe or lock cylinder
u r goin to need to take off the steering hub plastic. then u r goin to need a gud chisle and a hammer. there should be 2 bolts w/ round heads on top the lock cylinder. take ur chisle and strike the round top heads counter clockwise til they come out. u can either reuse them (not recomend) or find 2 hex bolts that have the same thread pitch.
