Default Del Sol Si need help with a MIL/Engine Light... Help..

Just swapped in a b16a3 (complete tune up) in my del sol si, which originally was D16z6. The engine light wasn't on for the first two week I drove the car and Vtec kick in hard. Since I smogged the car few days ago, the engine comes on after 3,000 RPM or so and Vtec will not kick in. I wonder do anybody have this symptom before... Also, I bought this shell that with the SRS light on. I assume previous owner have replace airbag, but neer reset the SRS system. I wonder how do you reset the SRS where I can elimate the light... THank

go to autozone. They'll let your borrow an OBD2 tester for free. Find out what the code is and post it.

Before I pull a code.. Is there any assumption what it might be the problem? Such as 02 sensor, bad catalytic converter or so?
