my friend just picked up a crx with delsol seats and one leanes back further than the other and it like your laying down in the seats and that at the first click,

IS THERE AN ADJUSTMENT ON THE SEAT TO MAKE THEM SIT MORE UP RIGHT AT THE FIRST SETTING?

there is a spring on the side of the seat under the plastic. take a look at the spring and see if it looks like its stretched. sometimes they get worn out.

It could be the brackets. If they're using the del sol brackets and just have slotted some holes and have "adapter plates" to make the others fit there probably won't be a even level fit.

I had del sol seats in my old crx and my old ef hatch. But since I rigged em up both cheaply and quickly I had a similar problem.

I eventually did it the right way making my crx seats fit into my eg though lol.

Check to see that it's bolted into the floor properly. The previous owner may have not swapped the rails and just bolted in what he could.
