The window hasnt worked since i bought the car 2 years ago, but i think its time to fix it since whenever i take the top off, i get crazy wind tunnel action going on and i feel like if i had a working rear window, it wouldnt be as bad.

Anyway, the motor doesnt even make any noise whenever i hit the switch, also ive read it could be multiple things, so i want to narrow the search a bit. I am hoping some of you may have had experience dealing with a similar issue. Now Ive already checked the fuses, but since i dont have a manual i had to check all of them individually (Pain in the butt) and i didnt see any thing busted. How can i make sure its the motor or if its the switch, i also heard there is a computer for it behind the radio so thats why i am a bit confused.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance

Please tell me the master switch enabled? It's by the switches on the driver's side.
If not have you tried checking for power in some of the wiring?

Thanks for the reply buckshot, by the master switch, you mean the window lock? if so, yes. If its something else then no.

Do you know which wiring to check by any chance?

Before you go crazy trying to find the problem make sure the window motor works. Your goin to need to get to the window motor plug that's part of the motor. It's a two wire plug,put 12 volts to one wire and ground the other if noting happens reverse the wires. Window should move if it doesn't then the motor is not working.
