does anyone know if the rear bumper has the metal piece that the bolts go through like on the front bumper. does honda sell this sperate, or do you have to buy a whole bumper. i am not talking about the bumper beam. it is the piece that attaches the plastic bumper to the car. thanks

i belive your talking about #19 in this picture i just picked up a new one from the dealer.
it cost me $73.63 +tax. i think you can get online cheaper. the part number is: 71540-SR2-000

Either way, though I am not sure about the exact question the OP has, the bumper is sold sparately from the metal piece, but you can get it from the dealer.

No they don't, cause I had to fabricate a new lock mechanism cause they wouldn't sell me a locking washer separately. I had to buy an $80 latch to get the washer, so I made something that used a simple cotter pin instead.
