I drive a 94 VTEC. I got NEUSPEED sports lowering springs with KYB AGX shocks. The ride is a bit stiff, and the car has a finger gap in the front and two fingers in the back. Its way too low for this upcoming winter since i live in Canada, but the look is perfect. Overall, this setup ran me about 400 dollars.

Tockico Illuminas and Eibach prokits. Nice lowered stance, adjustable shocks, and not a bad ride. The Eibachs are kind of soft though

konis and ground control. cheap. rebuildable. everyone swears by them. i have ots gc coilovers on the stock shocks/struts-although, i do not reommend this, the ride is not that bad for a two finger gap. it is not that bad autoxing either(i am not that great yet). i would not buy anything else. one of the sponsors in performance(closeout something) has the konis for around 450.00 shipped. gc coilovers are about 250.00 for ots rates.
