del sol parking brake stuck on
I have a 95 del sol that I let sit in my driveway for almost a year, anyways I started in up once in a while, but I left the parking brake on which was a bad idea I guess cause it wont release, the handle just feels loose, no tension when you pull it up or down. I tried to drive it but didnt want to push it that hard to move, it obviously doesnt want to roll freely, is there anything I can do manually to release it if I take the back wheels off? I know I probably cant get the drums off like this

Try removing the wheels and pecking the drum with a hammer to jar them loose.
If it's the cables rusted or seized try pb blasting them
Last ditch is use a bolt in the little holes in the drum to force them off. Use two bolts and do it slowly.
I forget the thread pitch but most Honda 12mm bolts fit i think the pitch is 8mmx? ? ?
