I have serious rust in the lower front quarter panels (left and right) on my 94 del sol. What is the best way to fix this as far as replacement parts? Does anyone make patch panels for the lower front section of the quarter panels? Where is a good place to get used Quarter Panels if I need to replace the whole structure? Any info would be appreciated.

If you are talking about the fenders... Just buy new ones.

It is not the fenders, the front of the car is fine. It is the quarter panel behind the door opening and in front of the rear wheel opening about 8" - 10" up from the pich wled under the the car (where the jack goes when you get a flat).

No one makes replacement panels other than Honda... Trust me. I've searched. Between me and two friends, we have five sols. We've searched.
Your best bets are to go to the junkyard and find some in good shape, or buy some tools and make your own. Two years ago, I didn't think I'd be replacing a floor pan on an 82 civic. Now, I know I can tackle just about anything on a honda. The nice thing is, you can't mess it up any worse. Cut it back out and do it again if it doesn't turn out. You just wasted supplies and some sheet metal.
