after you get it realigned properly throw out the camber kit.

I can't imagine a knuckle bending. Check the upper control arms, bushings, etc if anything is bent.
And no, not all knuckles are the same. There's the "DX" knuckle with an 8.8" rotor, the "EX" knuckle with 10.3" rotor (same as an Integra RS) and the ABS knuckle (EX with ABS and Integra LS, GSR" with the 10.3" rotor, but it has bolt holes for ABS line and sensor probably. If you don't have ABS, easy, just use any Integra knuckle and swap your caliper bracket over to use your pads.

I'm not 100% sure if it's the Integra knuckle in general, or the Integra ABS knuckle, but I know one has a different caliper bracket that uses bigger pads

And all Civic, Del Sol and Integra parts can be swapped around, like knuckles can be done in pairs, etc.

Knuckles bend. It's not noithing new. BUT, you would have to be a pretty good wreck to bend it.

Also, if you bent the knuckle I am almost positive you would have other bent parts.

Has the car ever been wrecked?

i ended up replaceing just the drivers side with a knuckle from a 95 integra with abs. took the abs off and did some measurements and everything looks to be the same. going to get coil overs i think skunk 2 kit. the coil overs and shocks. and rear camber kit. than take it to get alighned... and guy below yes i found out that the bushings on the upper control arm were bad i ordered new bushings as well...
