del Sol fuel pump

del Sol fuel pump
I got my car back from the alarm place yesterday and it drove fine. Put the interior back in this afternoon and wanted to listen to my stereo so I switched on the key...didn't hear the fuel pump at all. THought it was my kill swicthes so I pulled the interior out and connected the fuel pump back to stock...still nothing.
In the process of connecting my fuel pump I disconnected the negative terminal on the battery and when I reconnected it the alarm threw a ****. Finally got that disarmed, but am still having problems with the fuel pump. The car cranks but the pump doesn't work; surely the pump didn't just up and die overnight.

Re: del Sol fuel pump (The Real Lazarus)
It's gotta be a kill switch issue, most alarms do not have a fuel pump cut circuit.
If it's turning over it's obviously not the start kill, so hmm......

Do you have another known-good pump to test it with? If so, try it to rule out whether or not your pump is bad.
If the known-good pump is bad too then you know the problem lies in the wiring and not the part itself.

Re: (imm0rt41)
Pump was ok late last night and I have no reason to believe it would mysteriously die in the night.
Known things that have changed from last night;
- Interior panels back in
- Alarm went haywire, disarmed it
- Took interior panels out and hooked up fuel pump (taking kill switches from the circuit)
So, I'm wondering would a fuse have blown, relay died, or do you think my alarm is locking me out due to the fact it thinks I was trying to steal it? Stupid DEI only has Mon-Fri phone hours
